Elgar for trio percussion, op. 1

Elgar was was written as a first academic composition and it was based on an original story that I had written 2-3 week prior to the music. As a task, Paul van Brugge (my professor at the time) had told me to write a story on the theme of "Chase". The story I came up with was one of a soul that had nothing left except self and the fear of it.

4 Variations On The Theory of Chaos, op 2

The piece's inception happened because of one singular youtube video:
Veritasium, "This equation will change how you see the world (the logistic map)"
Thanks to the video I learned about the connecting and overall existence of the logistic map and it's connection to everything.
The idea of chaos and order, and the graph of the logistic map, and everything having something to do with the Mandelbrot set I began wondering how would that all sound in rhythm. What would the numbers sound like rhythmically?

Sian Dance, op 3

This piece was written for the final of my bachelor recital in June 2024. I've been playing outside my home country pieces written from all around the world in any type of ganre, but no music that connects to my roots. Sian dance is an original Bulgarian Horo dance written by myself and is fully dedicated to my late grandma, Siya (Сия). As a modern percussionist and composer I wanted to finish off my 4 years of studies in a conservatory with something that brought me back to the fun of the beginning.
